I-Fab is a Brisbane based and locally owned Plastic Fabrication business. We specialise in fume extraction systems. At I-Fab we aim to provide professional service and pay specific attention to the performance of our products in the areas of strong performance, ease of handling, safety, noise reduction, and service and maintenance. Our technicians have years of experience in servicing, maintaining, installing and manufacturing fume extraction systems. Manufacturing
At I-Fab we manufacture a wide range of PVC fume cupboards to meet your needs; we make models in a number of sizes to suit your space and make custom sizes for your convenience. Our newest product is our Modulaire Pyro-chemical Fume Cupboard. These cupboards are specialised for heavy chemical use and are fire resistant, ideal for use in laboratories. Testing
I-Fab offers six-monthly and annual testing of Fume Cupboards and Fume Hoods in accordance with Australian Standards (AS/NZ) and is NATA endorsed. All servicing tests include a velocity test, light test, containment test, defect report, Australian Standards compliance report and a scrubber unit inspection. A full set of NATA endorsed Test Reports are supplied with each service. Installation & Refurbishments
I-Fab fully installs all equipment to your specifications, including ducting placement. We also have to capability to uninstall old systems before fitting new ones. We offer a range of upgrades in the ducting, fans, cupboards, cabinets and shelving. We refurbish used fume cupboards and bring them back up to safety standards before re-homing them.
